About the Opportunity
We have been growing extremely rapidly over the past two years, and in line with our growth we are looking to expand our production team to reach for exciting new goals
This presents an exciting opportunity for Skilled and Confident Construction/Trades Assistants to join our team. Primary activities will be in our production workshop; assembling new steel framed modular and transportable buildings.
While we primarily hire for attitude and fit with our company values, there are some skillsets that will be highly valued for this specific role:
- Erecting and assembling steel framed transportable and modular building units
- Fitting out buildings with doors, windows, air conditioning units and other accessories
- Installing Roofing, Guttering and Barge capping.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications
- Completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner with a high attention to detail
- Be flexible to perform other duties within the workshop environment when required
About You
We are seeking people across a range of experience. We have opportunities for a skilled A-player who can step into our team and hit the ground running, however, for the right person with the right attitude with less experience we are also prepared to invest a considerable deal of training. We are looking for people who will be committed to this position for the long term.

After successfully completing a probationary period of 3-6 months, this the job will be a permanent full-time position at above award rates.
