Rowland Hill

With over 20 years of service, he leads the frame assembly and small parts sections of the workshop with a focus on quality and precision. A qualified sheet metal worker, Bruce is known for his expertise in welding and metalwork. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and takes pride in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Jeff Rawson
Senior Welder
Jeff is the creative force behind many of the bespoke solutions and equipment required by the team. As a Senior Welder specializing in heavy fabrication and structural work, Jeff’s problem-solving abilities are crucial to meeting the team’s unique needs. Known for his inventive nature, he designs and builds custom tools and equipment to enhance efficiency. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys farm work, is involved in his kids’ sports and gymnastics, and has a passion for horse racing, having previously been a jockey.

Daniel is the Workshop and Offsite Works Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience in building assembly and welding to his role. Originally qualified in Norwich, UK, Paul’s skill set has made him a key player in the team. Outside of work, he’s actively involved in community football, both coaching and attending games.
